Well, on my legs, and on the back sides of my calves have been getting these HORRIBLE cramps. Only when I go to bed, but it's almost every night. I'm a pretty active girl and I run a lot, and partake in sports.
Why do you think I'm getting these cramps and how do I make them stop?
